At Care Fundraisers, we are dedicated to supporting groups and clubs in achieving their fundraising goals by providing a unique fundraising solution. Our mission is to make fundraising easy, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
With experience in the fundraising space, our team of experts has helped organizations of all sizes and types raise dollars through our unique fundraising strategies.
Our mission was started to find a new way to raise funds by a youth football family that simply didn't want to buy another block of cheese!
We believe fundraising can be more than discount cards, and food sales.
We carefully source unique and special products from a variety of trusted vendors, manufacturers, and wholesale marketplaces. Because of this, our store regularly features new and limited-run items, with fresh products added approximately every 4–6 weeks. When you place an order, it is reserved for you during your group’s active ordering period. Once the group order period closes, all orders are submitted together so we can secure the best pricing and availability. After the group order is finalized, products are ordered from our suppliers. Orders typically arrive to us within 10–18 days, after which they are either delivered directly to your organization for distribution or shipped depending on the option selected. This group ordering model not only allows us to provide great pricing and unique products but also supports groups and clubs in their fundraising efforts. By leveraging these empowering fundraising solutions, everyone involved can achieve their goals more effectively. To start your fundraiser:
Contact us for a quick 30-minute intake and information session.
We craft our marketing strategy and choose our launch and run dates.
At the close date your orders are gathered and submitted to suppliers.
Once your orders have arrived, they are carefully sorted and packed by our team. They then are delivered via shipping, or group delivery.
Upon delivery of your groups items your group receives your funds! Funds at delivery! No long waiting for those needed dollars to arrive.
No fees, no set up, just market, sell, and collect.
Refund and Return Policy
At Care Funds Raisers, many of our products are sourced from specialty suppliers and limited-run production partners. Because of the unique nature of these items, availability is often limited and replacements may not always be possible. We work hard to provide clear product descriptions, photos, and sizing guidance so customers can make informed purchasing decisions. However, we recognize that every individual’s preferences, fit, and sizing needs are unique, and sometimes a product may not meet expectations.
Return Authorization
All returns must receive prior approval from our team before being sent back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted. Once approved, items must be shipped or returned directly to our company according to the instructions provided during the approval process.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for any return or store credit, items must meet the following requirements:
Products that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or washing will not be eligible for return or refund.
Store Credit Policy
We do not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or payment reversals. Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

Posted Items and Produced Items
We receive our products from a variety of wholesalers and various marketplaces. We rely on the product descriptions, pictures, and information we receive and share when posting these unique items. At times our vendors and suppliers may offer produced, replicas or reproduced products. While we try to include this information in the listing at times this may not be known until the arrival of the product. We do always stive for the highest quality, and unique items to support our fundraising mission. Innovative and unique at great prices.
